PP (Polypropylene) is lightweight (density 0.90g/cm³), offers excellent impact resistance, and is food-grade eco-friendly. ABS is harder (density 1.05g/cm³), has a high-gloss finish, and superior dimensional stability. Choose PP for outdoor use; choose ABS for precision equipment.

Product SelectionHow do I choose the right protective case size?

Consider three factors when choosing a protective case size:

1) Equipment external dimensions plus 3-5cm clearance;
2) Whether foam inserts are needed;
3) Portability requirements.

Measure your equipment's maximum length, width, and height, then select a model with slightly larger internal dimensions.

Product SelectionWhat is the difference between Series 8 and Series 1 protective cases?

Series 8 is the flagship line with IP67 waterproof/dustproof rating, pressure relief valve, and 14 models. Series 1 is the classic line with lightweight durable PP material and approximately 20 models. Series 8 offers higher protection; Series 1 offers better cost-effectiveness.

Series 8 protective cases achieve IP67 waterproof standard, capable of immersion in 1m water depth for 30 minutes. Other series offer basic splash resistance. For underwater use, choose Series 8.

Product SelectionWhat is the difference between tool cases and protective cases?

Protective cases focus on equipment protection with sealed dustproof and waterproof features. Tool cases focus on tool organization with multiple compartments and tray designs. Series 0 and 7 are tool cases; Series 1/2/6/8 are protective cases.

Yes. We offer paid sample service with sample fees ranging from 50-200 RMB depending on the model. The sample fee can be deducted from your formal order payment.

Each protective case is individually bagged, packed 5-10 units per carton (five-layer corrugated carton), wrapped with stretch film. Large orders are palletized to ensure safe transport.

International Sea Freight: 15-35 days
International Air Freight: 5-10 days

Usage & MaintenanceHow should I clean and maintain protective cases?

Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with water or mild detergent. Avoid organic solvents. Periodically check the sealing ring for damage, and inspect hinges and latches for looseness.

Usage & MaintenanceCan protective cases be used in extreme temperatures?

PP Material: Operating temperature -20°C to 120°C
ABS Material: Operating temperature -40°C to 100°C

Prolonged use beyond these temperature ranges is not recommended as it may affect material performance.

Usage & MaintenanceDo sealing rings need regular replacement?

We recommend inspecting the sealing ring every 2-3 years. If aging, deformation, or damage is found, it should be replaced promptly. We supply original replacement sealing rings.

Usage & MaintenanceCan protective cases be checked as luggage?

Yes. KeXin protective cases meet airline check-in requirements. The rugged case body protects contents during transit. We recommend locking the latches and confirming the pressure relief valve is closed before checking.
