Enhanced PP/ABS Material
Made with KeXin's proprietary PP+ABS composite formula, combining the chemical resistance of PP with the high impact strength of ABS. The outer ABS layer provides robust impact protection, while the inner PP layer ensures chemical resistance and insulation. This composite material is 50% stronger than single-material cases while maintaining a lightweight advantage.
Using double-layer injection molding process, the outer ABS layer is 2.5mm thick and the inner PP layer is 1.5mm thick, totaling 4mm wall thickness. Precision-engineered to ensure IP67 protection while controlling weight, ideal for air transport and long-distance logistics.
